Consejo Regional de Arica Decide el Futuro del Plan Regulador Comunal

Este 20 de enero, el Consejo Regional de Arica y Parinacota se reunirá en una sesión extraordinaria para votar sobre las propuestas de modificación al Plan Regulador Comunal, realizadas por la Municipalidad de Arica. En esta importante jornada, se espera que los consejeros emitan un voto basado en análisis técnicos y consideraciones detalladas.

Audiencias Públicas: Una Oportunidad para la Comunidad

Bajo la iniciativa del Gobernador Regional Jorge Díaz Ibarra, se han programado audiencias públicas para permitir que diferentes actores presenten sus opiniones y sugerencias. Estas audiencias, que son cruciales para la participación comunitaria activa, se llevarán a cabo el 16 de enero, brindando un espacio para debatir las 29 observaciones realizadas por el Ministerio de Vivienda y Urbanismo (Minvu).

Las solicitudes para participar en estas audiencias públicas se pueden enviar hasta el 11 de enero a prcarica@goreayp.cl. Los resultados de las solicitudes aceptadas serán anunciados el 15 de enero.

Impacto del Plan Regulador en el Desarrollo de Arica

El Gobernador Díaz Ibarra ha expresado la trascendental responsabilidad que conlleva esta votación, resaltando la importancia de escuchar todas las perspectivas técnicas que puedan contribuir al desarrollo y al potencial económico de Arica.

Por su parte, el alcalde Gerardo Espíndola ha destacado la importancia de construir un Plan Regulador Comunal que refleje las necesidades y características del territorio, subrayando el valor de la opinión comunitaria en este proceso.

En caso de aprobación por parte del Core, el Plan Regulador Comunal modificado será enviado a la Contraloría para una revisión y observaciones adicionales.
